How does our webshop work?

We have done our best to keep the processes on our webshop as clear as possible. Ordering products or requesting a quote can be done in a few steps. Of course you can still have questions about this. We are happy to explain the steps of the ordering process. 1: Search

Concise: search for your product with the search engine or the categories.

We have divided the promotional gifts into various categories on our website. This way you can look at what's available per product group. Are you looking for a specific product of promotional gift idea? Then you can enter your keyword in the search field at the top. A selection of the options for your keyword will then appear.

2: Calculate

Concise: calculate a price request based on the data you enter (quantity, color, processing)..

You have found a suitable promotional gift? Then you can now easily calculate the costs based on your wishes. You can enter the number, the desired color of the article and, if you want a print on the gift, the number of printing colors. You can now view costs and optionally add the item to the shopping cart. During this process you can view and adjust them if desired. You can now finalize your order or continue shopping.

3: The shopping cart

Concise: check data and proceed to checkout.

You will see the items you ordered in the shopping cart. At this moment you can adjust a few things. If everything is correct, you can upload your logo here. You can also submit the logo later. Please indicate this in the comments. Now proceed to checkout.

4. Checkout

Concise: gevraagde gegevens invullen voor registratie (nieuwe klant) of inloggen (bestaande klant).

You can also indicate here whether the delivery address is the same as the billing address. You can also indicate the desired shipping and payment method here. If you haven't uploaded a logo yet, you can do it here also.

5: Place order

Concise: order final.

After checking and filling in all data, you make the order final by agreeing to our general terms and conditions and by clicking "place order". You will receive a confirmation from us at your specified email address.
